Role Overview:
Evolution Productions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst & Modeling Expert to join our team. This role will be focused on developing high-quality financial models, investment analytics, and insights for our theatrical production and investment ventures. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, with a keen understanding of investment performance metrics, as well as the ability to adapt and enhance existing financial frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving financial models that drive investment decisions. You will also support the Managing Directors in developing clear and compelling investor documentation, analyzing current and potential investments, and providing key insights into investment performance.
This position is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in financial analysis within alternative asset classes, including theatrical investments, real estate, or private equity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Modeling & Analysis:
• Develop, maintain, and refine complex financial models that provide insights into current and prospective investments.
• Perform Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and other investment-related calculations to assess project viability and profitability.
• Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to evaluate the impact of varying assumptions on investment outcomes.
2. Investment Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze investment performance and provide detailed, data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Regularly update and maintain investor financial models, tracking individual IRR, ROI, and size per investor.
• Develop financial dashboards and reporting tools to summarize and visualize key financial metrics.
3. Investor Documentation & Communication:
• Create and update investor documentation, including investment briefs, pitch decks, and performance summaries.
• Manage a comprehensive list of investor information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records of individual investments, returns, and commitments.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for investors and stakeholders.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial models, streamline reporting processes, and improve overall financial analysis.
• Stay current with financial modeling trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating these into the company’s modeling framework.
5. Support Strategic Projects:
• Work directly with the Managing Directors on strategic projects, including valuation analysis, capital allocation planning, and financial feasibility studies for new theatrical ventures.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required to support business growth and investment opportunities.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. A CFA designation or similar financial accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment modeling, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling techniques, including complex cash flow analysis, project finance models, and valuation methods.
• Experience with investment evaluation metrics.
• Prior experience in the entertainment, theatrical, or alternative investment industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
