Respond immediately to customers on yelp through the apps messaging platform, Obtain customer information important for scheduling inspections, answer any questions the customer might have about our company or what we can help with(there is an AI Chatbot on our website that will answer any technical questions they may have) and notify our in house scheduler when customer is ready to move forward with scheduling inspection.
