UGC Coordinator NEEDED for fast-growing ecommerce brand

We are searching for a UGC Coordinator to help us identify, source, and manage amazing creators to tell our story and captivate our audience.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Lead and manage all UGC casting efforts to ensure we have the talent necessary for each of our creative concepts
Actively scout, recruit, and build relationships with UGC creators across platforms (social media, backstage, etc.)
Nurture relationships with creators to keep them excited, motivated, and loyal to our brand. Provide feedback and support to help them produce their best work
Work closely with creative strategists to ensure their casting needs are met and the talent is resonating with customers

Your Rap Sheet (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
You have 2+ years experience in UGC talent coordination, casting, or similar
You’ve worked with other ecommerce brands or in agencies to help coordinate creative production efforts
You’re a proactive problem solver
You’re highly organized and detail oriented
You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on Slack, on calls, and with UGC talent over various platforms
You’re open minded and willing to learn

Salary Range: Salary is dependent on experience
Experience: At least 2 years
