Position Overview:
As an Accredited Credit Enhancement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing client credit reports, identifying errors, and creating effective dispute strategies based on consumer laws. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their credit repair goals are met in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is dedicated, trustworthy, and experienced in consumer law and credit repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze client credit reports for errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Develop and execute personalized dispute strategies to remove negative items from credit reports.
Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and clients to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date on federal and state consumer laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
Provide clients with guidance on credit improvement strategies to ensure long-term financial success.
Maintain a high level of client confidentiality and trust throughout the credit repair process.
Track and report client progress and ensure timely follow-up on all disputes.
Collaborate with the team to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:

Proven experience in credit repair services and consumer law (FCRA, FDCPA, etc.).
Accreditation or certification in credit repair preferred.
Strong understanding of credit scoring, reporting, and dispute processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
