We seek a motivated Lead Generator to help us expand our reach and grow our impact through effective lead generation and relationship building. Mention Blue Dolphin.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain and manage lead data in Go High Level or other CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Communication: Engage with leads through effective verbal and written communication, fostering relationships and driving interest in our offerings.
• Follow-up: Follow up with prospects via phone,
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, including metrics on appointment setting, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in appointment setting: A proven record of setting appointments and generating leads.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and report performance.
• LinkedIn Expertise: Strong ability to leverage LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients professionally and effectively.
• Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently, with strong organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented: Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in B2B lead generation roles.
• Experience with Go High Level CRM
• Familiarity with other marketing tools and techniques for prospecting and nurturing leads
• Knowledge of sales processes and how to qualify leads effectively
