We need help with our growing digital marketing company based in Austin, Texas.
Are you a proactive and tech-savvy individual looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? Our established digital marketing company is seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team and help streamline our operations.
This job requires C2 level English - both written and spoken.
It also requires someone to be able to think independently, find solutions in the role, and communicate really well with the owner about what is needed to be done. This person will be required to understand directions, ask questions if they don't understand, and duplicate flawlessly.
While this is a digital marketing job you will not be required to know about digital marketing (although that is a bonus).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive
Manage and maintain company schedule using Google Calendar
Promptly respond to all text and
Review and approve tasks in Clickup / be comfortable telling employees when their work is not sufficient
Some proof reading of blog articles and new web pages
Create and schedule engaging content for
Hours and Compensation:
Monday - Friday, 8-11 AM
Starting rate: $4 per hour
Potential for increased hours and pay as your responsibility increases
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent in English (written and spoken, C2)
Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets)
Experience with Canva for content creation
Experience with some kind of project management system is a plus
Strong communication skills, comfortable with phone interactions
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Ability to take initiative and think creatively beyond assigned tasks
Desired Qualities:
We're looking for someone who is thoughtful and creative, capable of identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with various online duties and able to adapt to new tasks as needed. We want someone who is kind.
