**Job Summary:**

The Marketing Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with basic design skills and creating marketing collateral, marketing automation tools and experience managing company social media accounts. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing projects and the optimization of our processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Graphic Design Support:
Create OG, social and email images for marketing campaigns, webinars, and other events using templates in Figma and Google Slides.
2. Content Management:
Publish content to marketing websites via Webflow, Sanity CMS, Wistia, etc.
Maintain and update the company’s content library, including presentations, advisor resources, product one pagers, etc
Manage publishing workflows for various types of content
(e.g., webinars, blog posts, social media posts, news coverage, etc).
3. Event Support:
Assist with virtual event management using ---------- .
Create and organize event assets, including OG and email images for webinars, ensuring they follow established conventions.
Save and manage event collateral in Google Drive for easy team access.
4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Assist in weekly and monthly marketing reporting using tools like Dashthis, integrating data from Google Analytics, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Hubspot and Salesforce.
Support the automation of reporting processes and integration between various tools
(e.g., Salesforce and Dashthis).
5. Administrative Support:
Schedule meetings with different stakeholders, internal and external
Manage task tracking and project workflows using Linear.
Create and manage Slack channels for specific projects, tagging tea ---------- mbers for feedback and approvals.

**Qualifications:**

Fluency in English.
High Speed Internet.
Must work in United States, Pacific Standard Time
Basic design skills and experience creating marketing collateral using templates
(e.g., images for emails, blogs).
Strong understanding of virtual work environments and the unique requirements of virtual assistants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

**Compensation:**

The hourly rate is $9 per hour.
This is a full-time role, with an anticipated 40 hours per week.
