T-Shirt Designer

I need a responsible and creative designer for designing tshirts (or mugs or other goodies).
He or She must be able to work with photoshop and other design software (and vectors) as needed.
The person needs to follow instructions but also provide ideas if something can look better.
If work done well, I would hire for more jobs as I plan to design a lot more shirts.
