Meticulous college application essay editor

We are seeking a meticulous college essay editor with an exceptional command of the English language, specifically writing and editing. You must have an eye for detail and be committed to improving every essay in terms of the following:

Content:
-Is the student's message engaging and compelling?
-Is there a central image/theme that's reinforced throughout the essay?
-Is there an underlying conflict/tension in the story that keeps the reader engaged?
-Does the essay have an unpredictable story line (from reading the opening, you must not be able to predict the story arc and ending)?
-Are the insights anchored in the student's own experiences? (The student must link their insights with action that demonstrates how they applied the lesson they learned in the real world, in a variety of contexts.)
-Does the student come across as globally minded, inclusive, and open to different perspectives?
-Does the student come across as insightful and thoughtful, as well as upbeat and idealistic?
-Does the essay appeal to logic and emotions?
-For school-specific essays, does the student convey a unique understanding of the school and connect their interests with the school's resources?

Writing Style and Grammar:
-Is the essay fluent in English? Does the student demonstrate an advanced grasp of the English language?
-Is it grammatically correct and error-free?
-Does the student used varied sentence structures to make the essay interesting to read? (dialogue, short and long sentences, catchy phrases, etc.)
-Does the student's own voice come across, rather than a merely neutral, polished piece of writing?
-The essay must not use ChatGPT (we will check using advanced software that detects AI).

Expectations:
-Editors are expected to provide edits using Word's "tracked changes" feature and also leave comments.
-Turnaround time is 48 hours (24 in the weeks leading up to the deadline).
-Editors must already KNOW what they need to edit instead of being told.
-Editors must be prepared to do heavy edits on some occasions.
-Essays are sent by email, so editors are expected to check their email consistently.

Compensation:
$9 USD for every 650 words.
