Responsibilities:
- Editing 3-5 long form videos per week, ranging from 10-30 mins each
- Editing 10-15 short form videos per week, ranging from 10-45 secs each by Using AI tools.
- Distributing video content across multiple platforms, including writing descriptions and titles as required using templates according to standard requirements
- Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
- Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
- Consulting with the team throughout the project.
- Creating the final cut for distribution.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with editing software, such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects & Premier, Final Cut Pro X,, required
- Portfolio of completed film projects, required
- General understanding of brand, copywriting, SEO, content marketing, etc, required
- GREAT interpersonal and communication skills, required
- Growth mindset, required
- Ability to work on a tight schedule and manage multiple project deadlines, required
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects, required

--- APPLICATION & RECRUITMENT PROCESS ---
STEP 1:

Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a short PAID test project for $30.

STEP 3:
Candidates who advance through the test project rounds will be invited to an interview.

STEP 4:
Before extending a trial offer, we will conduct a character reference check for the final candidate(s). This will be the last step in the hiring process.

STEP 5:
Upon receiving a trial offer, you will be on boarded as a Video Editor with a 90-day PAID trial period. During this period, we expect you to demonstrate your video editing expertise, meet project deadlines, collaborate effectively, and showcase creativity. A successful trial will lead to a permanent invitation to join the team.
