Thumbnail Designer

I'm looking for a thumbnail designer that can copy my style but also build upon it with minimal direction in the future.

Expectations
- Fast turn around on new thumbnails.
- I plan to get on a schedule of 1-2 youtube videos a week so I will need 3-6 thumbnails a week for these videos.
- Once you understand my style I would like to be able to give you a title and you can make a few thumbnails without a ton of input fro ---------- .
