Creative Production Associate (Media Buying, Creator Sourcing)

High growth US eCommerce startup brand seeks experienced, high energy, hard working full-time Creative Production Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- FB Media buying
- Sourcing creators for upcoming projects
- Daily tracking of ads performance in excel/google sheets

MUST HAVES
- Excellent English skills (IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL PBT 630/ TOEFL IBT 109 or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year experience media buying FB ads
- Familiarity with process for creating FB ads - UGC, VSLs, Narratives
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage projects independently and communicate with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High energy, ambition, great work ethic

PREFERRED QUALITIES
- 1+ Years Experience creating high-performing short form ADVERTISING content (fb, Instagram, tik tok)
- 1+ Experience at an eCommerce brand
- Ability to take initiative and edit together new creative concepts from existing content
- Experience creating viral social media content
- Interest in advertising, eCommerce, and social media
