Video Editor - YouTube

About Us: We are a dynamic YouTube channel producing high-quality programming content. Our goal is to deliver engaging and informative videos that resonate with our audience. We publish approximately four long-form videos per week, and we are looking for a talented video editor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit long-form videos (approximately 10-15 hours of editing per video) using high-quality raw footage (4K).
- Implement color grading and detailed edits, ensuring a polished final product.
- Incorporate B-roll, main footage, sponsored ad-rolls, and animated elements such as graphs and infographics.
- It’s a plus if you can edit short-form videos that promote the actual long-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Can follow instructions but more importantly, can take initiative to improve video quality beyond the provided guidelines.


Requirements:
- Proficient in video editing software, like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Expert-level skills in color grading.
- Strong animation skills with an understanding of what to animate for various clips.
- A powerful PC/laptop capable of handling large video files and a stable, high-speed internet connection (no interruptions).
- Knowledge of programming concepts is a significant plus.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and produce high-quality work efficiently.
