We are looking for a motivated **Business Developer** to help us grow our presence in the Web3 space. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to blockchain/Web3 projects, identifying those interested in listing on our centralized exchange (CEX), and expanding our business development channels. This position offers a base salary along with commission, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about the blockchain industry and excited to be part of a growing team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Proactively reach out to Web3 and blockchain projects, introducing them to our exchange's listing services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with project teams and key stakeholders.
- Expand our business development efforts by identifying new Web3 channels and platforms to find potential project partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the listing process and ensure successful outcomes.
- Track outreach efforts and provide regular reports on progress and achieved goals.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in business development, preferably within the blockchain or Web3 space.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and cryptocurrency trends.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
- Familiarity with outreach methods using platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

**Compensation:**
- **Base Salary**: 200 USDT per month.
- **Commission**: Additional earnings through commissions based on the number of successful project listings.
- Performance bonuses available for achieving key milestones.
