We are seeking a versatile E-Commerce Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in Amazon operations and a proven ability to adapt to other platforms such as Shopify, TikTok, Target, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will be an expert in flat files, listing creation, report generation, and will possess strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in copy translation and SEO for each EU country is a must, particularly for cross-listing to Germany (DE), Spain (ES), Italy (IT), and France (FR).

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms with a strong emphasis on accuracy and effective copy translation.
Manage flat files for inventory, pricing, and product data, ensuring precision in all details.
Pull and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to inform business decisions, focusing on data accuracy.
Assist with shipment coordination and logistics to ensure timely deliveries across European markets.
Implement SEO strategies tailored for each EU country to enhance product visibility.
Support various operational tasks across different e-commerce platforms as needed, particularly for the expansion into
Europe.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, with a focus on Amazon and other platforms.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a keen eye for accuracy.
Experience in copy translation and SEO for EU countries (DE, ES, IT, FR) is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse e-commerce environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
