Loan Processor

The person would need to have a great command of the English language. Some of the duties for the position include, but are not limited to:

Loan processing and transaction management of loan files.

Email and/or call third party companies and borrowers to get documentation for loan transactions.
Review documents received by third parties and borrowers.
Upload documentation into loan portal.
Manage clients in CRM system.
Setup virtual events on platforms. (e.g. Eventbrite, Streamyard, etc.)
The loans are Commercial loan products (e.g. Fix N Flip, DSCR loan, bridge loans, etc.)

This position is part time with the possibility of becoming full time in the future. The company is a US based company.
