We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts, manage client communications, oversee team performance, and contribute to high-level operational decisions alongside our executive team.

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, overseeing the performance and KPIs of the marketing team, and handling project management across various campaigns. You’ll work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions and ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals. This role blends strategic leadership, hands-on marketing, client relations, and project management to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email) to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic insights while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring maximum performance and alignment with client goals.

Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure all campaigns are executed on schedule, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

Team Performance & KPI Oversight: Set, track, and evaluate performance metrics for the marketing team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the team consistently meets its objectives and improves over time.

High-Level Operations: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership on strategic business decisions, including resource allocation, team growth, and exploring new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead a team of marketing professionals, offering support, direction, and feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and drive success. Present key findings and reports to both internal teams and clients.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.

Market Research & Innovation: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative marketing strategies and best practices.

Other ad hoc high level executive tasks.

This role will be a part-time position. You will have the ability to work during the hours that are most comfortable to you, as there will be no required set of hours to be online. With that said, we do expect communication within 24 hours to stay up to date. While weekends and holidays are optional, we allow all of our teammates to work as little or as much as they choose based on how much they want to make or contribute. We expect hours to vary some weeks between 10–20 hours per week.
