Position Overview
Intentionally Creative, a forward-thinking digital marketing startup specializing in high-ticket sales and long-term client relationships, is seeking an experienced Sales Director [B2B High Ticket Digital Marketing & SaaS] to independently lead our sales strategy in selling high-value retainers and SaaS software. You'll drive revenue growth using platforms like LinkedIn Ads, data scraping, and best-in-class sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ---------- , SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, ---------- , and ---------- ; we're looking for a passionate, motivated individual with a proven track record in high-ticket sales who can take charge and work independently.

This role requires full-time work (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday) during New York Time Zone (8am-5:30pm EST).

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in alignment with company objectives, focusing on high-ticket sales of digital marketing services and SaaS products.
- Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn Ads, data scraping, and leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and ---------- . Close deals with high-value clients and build long-term client relationships.
- Business Development: Utilize data scraping and lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source prospective clients. Create and execute plans to penetrate target markets effectively.
- Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage best-in-class sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM management, ---------- or SalesLoft for sales engagement, ---------- for email outreach and automation, and ---------- or Chorus.ai for sales conversation analytics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, encouraging renewals, upsells, and referrals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, particularly in leveraging LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to the leadership team, using data from Salesforce, HubSpot, and other analytics tools.
- Independent Work and Initiative: Operate autonomously, taking ownership of the sales process from start to finish. Proactively identify new opportunities and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including the use of AI tools and automation such as ---------- , Chorus.ai, and Conversica.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry developments and integrate relevant trends into the sales strategy, including new sales technologies and platforms.

Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in high-ticket sales within the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-value sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and SaaS products.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot for sales pipeline management.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like ---------- or SalesLoft for managing multi-channel outreach.
- Experience with email automation tools such as ---------- .
- Experience in utilizing LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Familiarity with data sourcing and enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, ---------- , and Clearbit.
- Experience with data scraping tools and techniques to source prospective clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
