Location: Work From Home
Type of Employment: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience


What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar roles.
Equipment: Reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
Tools: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Plooto, Wise) Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and Learn and execute our financial process efficiently.
Provide support in the day-to-day financial operations of the company’s ledgers.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Assist with budget preparations and forecasting.
Serve as a backup in managing payroll processing and related records.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
