Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Cold Outreach Closer with experience selling backend VA services, preferably specifically to Australian mortgage brokers. Your role will focus on engaging leads generated through cold outreach, presenting the value of our services, and closing deals by highlighting how outsourcing can save time, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Initially there will be a mixture of cold outreach and appointment setting for yourself - once you begin to get some traction with closing a team will be setting appointments for you.

Responsibilities:
Contact and engage cold & warm leads to qualify and identify their needs.
Conduct virtual presentations showcasing our loan processing and real estate VA services.
Overcome objections and negotiate deals to close sales.
Emphasize the time, cost, and efficiency benefits of outsourcing.
Hitting monthly KPIs

Qualifications:
Proven experience closing cold leads (preferably in the real estate or mortgage industry).
Preferred experience selling backend VA services to Australian mortgage brokers.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
