We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives on execution and organization. This role is all about production and project support—helping our Creative Director (and lead designer) bring ideas to life by preparing polished files, managing task updates, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This position will start at 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role within the next 6–8 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare final design files for print and digital delivery (error-free, polished, on-brand)
• Apply design edits and feedback quickly and accurately
• Adapt report designs into other formats (postcards, slides, infographics, campaign assets)
• Skin or refine wireframes provided by the Creative Director
• Repurpose templates and create reusable assets for the shop
• Manage production workflows in Notion, including task updates and project tracking
• Support smooth delivery by keeping timelines, assets, and files organized
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to ensure consistency and quality
Growth Path
• Take on independent ownership of small projects
• Begin conceptualizing layouts, wireframes, and design directions for mid- to large-scale projects
• Lead design execution for client deliverables with Creative Director oversight
• Contribute fresh ideas that help shape creative direction

• You’re comfortable in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva (Figma a plus)

Skillset & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Notion, and Google Workspace (Figma a bonus)
• Strong understanding of design principles, grids, and typesetting
• Experience preparing files for both print and digital
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bonus: Experience with nonprofit projects
• Bonus points for knowing Webflow (for simple website updates)
• Bonus points for strong project coordination skills
