This role is pivotal in creating and integrating a personal tech stack for our CEO, as well as combining CRM elements to achieve our upcoming business milestones.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation Architect & Specialist who is proficient in no-code tools and automation platforms. The ideal candidate will design and implement a seamless tech stack utilizing Zapier, TwinDot AI, and other relevant applications. You will work closely with our CEO and team to automate communications, integrate CRM systems, and optimize our workflow for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Stack Development:
• Design and build automation workflows using Zapier, TwinDot AI, and other tools.
• Integrate various applications to create a cohesive personal tech stack for the CEO.
• CRM Integration:
• Combine CRM elements to enhance lead management and follow-up processes.
• Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other platforms.
• Automation of Communications:
• Automate outreach and follow-up communications with investors, leads, and opportunities.
• Generate personalized content using AI tools for emails and social media outreach.
• Workflow Optimization:
• Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose automation solutions.
• Implement systems that alert the team when specific actions are taken or required.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the CEO and team to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and documentation on the implemented systems.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Automation Architect, Automation Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Zapier, TwinDot AI, and other no-code automation tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and integrating them with other platforms.
• Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with other tools like Superhuman, Outlook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Jasper AI is a plus.
• Understanding of data management and API integrations.
