- **Site Visits:** Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify work completed, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Contract Administration:** Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- **Reporting:** Provide regular financial reports to project stakeholders, highlighting budget variances and forecasting future costs.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
