HR Professional Needed to Create HR Assessment Test

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with at least a Bachelor's in Psychology to create a 20-question multiple-choice test to evaluate candidates for HR roles. The test should assess key tasks such as attendance tracking, payroll processing, performance reviews, compliance with SSS/PhilHealth/BIR, onboarding/offboarding, and organizing company events.

Requirements:

Experience in HR management in the Philippines
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Familiarity with the tasks mentioned above
