Job Overview:
The outbound cold caller will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products/services.
Sales Process: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure sales, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Workspace & Microsoft Teams.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
