Role Overview:
We are looking for a technically proficient individual to join our team as an Expert Advisor (EA) Setup & Manager for Prop Firms. This role involves setting up and managing our trading bots (EAs) for prop firm challenges. If you're experienced with MetaTrader 5, EAs, troubleshooting, and familiar with the prop firm ecosystem, along with proficiency in Google Sheets, this is an excellent opportunity to work remotely, contribute to our trading strategies, and achieve some big goals.

Your initial goal will be to help us achieve $1M in funded prop firm accounts by using Expert Advisor trading bots and executing our plan. This is an exciting time as we have seen the opportunity and are ready to scale our operations. You will work closely with the CEO. The position is expected to be about 20 hours per week but is flexible if more work is needed.

Key Focus Areas:
1) New Challenges: Take 1-2 new prop firm challenges weekly.
2) Testing & Optimization: Conduct backtesting, optimize strategies, and enhance performance for both challenges and post-funded accounts.
3) Post-Funded Account Management: Organize and track post-funded accounts, manage payout requests, and initiate new challenges as per our SOP.
4) Continuous Learning: Stay updated with specified resources, videos, and training materials to consistently improve.

Responsibilities:
1)Prop Firm Challenge Setup: Configure and launch new challenges using our EAs on MetaTrader 5.
2) Trading Bot Management: Monitor trading bots across multiple accounts and challenges.
3) Account Monitoring: Perform daily check-ins on active accounts to ensure smooth EA operations.
4) Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues with EAs, MetaTrader 5, or account configurations.
5) Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed performance records in Google Sheets.
6) Daily Updates: Provide regular updates on account status, milestones, and any technical issues.

Qualifications:
1) Strong proficiency with MetaTrader 5, especially in managing EAs.
2) Familiarity with prop firm challenges and their account structures.
3) Solid technical skills in troubleshooting trading bots and platforms.
4) Proficiency with Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
5) Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
6) Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
- You will be asked to track your time with time tracking software.
- Must be able to have overlap with USA PST time zone (start work at 5pm PST/8am Philippine time is ideal).
- USA hours are not required, only need some overlap for calls and communication as necessary.
