We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in managing eBay stores. The ideal candidate should be proficient in product research, listing optimization, and order processing to help us scale our eBay business. You’ll be responsible for finding profitable products, creating compelling listings, and maintaining our store's success through efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product research using tools like Zik Analytics, Terapeak, or similar to identify high-demand, profitable products.
Optimize listings by improving titles, descriptions, keywords, and product images.
Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and returns.
Monitor store performance and provide regular updates on sales and inventory levels.
Research competitor pricing to ensure our listings are competitive in the market.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience managing eBay stores.
Proficiency with eBay product research tools such as Zik Analytics or Terapeak.
Familiarity with eBay policies, listing creation, and optimization strategies.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with handling customer service via eBay messages.
Job Type:
Part-time (4 hours per day) with potential for full-time after a two-week trial period.
Rate:
$3.00 per hour to start with a potential increase based on performance.
