Experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant + Cold Caller

Hello, I am looking for a highly motivated individual for my real estate company based in PA that specializes in wholesaling properties. Position will start out Part-time with an opportunity to go full time as we grow. Your role will include cold calling, follow ups, appointment setting for leads and closing. ONLY APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE PODIO, HOW TO RUN COMPS AND YOU HAVE ALOT OF EXPERIENCE IN WHOLESALING LAND and HOUSES. You will work off of a spreadsheet and Podio, manual AND auto dialing on Batch dialer; Each number will be dialed twice manually for certain leads, and notes will be left on the spreadsheet or in CRM on how the call went. Also pulling lists from various sources, skip tracing and other admin assistance as needed.

Must have Real Estate, LAND, Dialer + Podio Experience. A plus if experienced with Probate and Foreclosure Leads. Also, a plus if you have references.

1. Send a skit recording saying " Hi Mrs Jones how are you?" "This is (Say your name) mam. I am a local investor in Pennsylvania and am calling in regard to your property at 321 Main St would you happen to be interested in selling? " If yes, "Mam do you mind if I ask a few questions about the property like overall condition?" (Ask the basics like hvac, plumbing, roof). (Then follow up with asking how soon they want to sell and why they are selling).

2. Send a recording naming the following counties
