Are you an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in content editing and marketing agency experience? Do you excel at guiding clients from start to finish in building their brand and producing high-quality social media content? We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can not only build and execute social media strategies but also take charge of content creation and editing to ensure consistency and quality across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end social media strategy for clients, guiding them through the process of building and growing their brand.
- Develop comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client’s goals, industry, and target audience.
- Oversee content creation, including writing, editing, scheduling, and posting content across multiple platforms (Instagram,
- Take full responsibility for editing client content, ensuring that all posts, videos, and other media align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and translate it into actionable social media and content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights on campaign success.
- Lead client communication, ensuring clarity on goals, expectations, and progress at every stage of the project.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies current and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, video editors, content creators) to ensure cohesive and engaging campaigns.
- Assist clients with paid social media advertising strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimized for reach and engagement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to clients on best practices for social media engagement, growth, and brand-building.
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content editing, ideally in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of building and executing social media strategies while guiding clients through the brand-building process.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram,
- Proficiency in content editing (both written and visual) to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent posts.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client relationship management.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with branding principles and strategies to help shape and grow client brands.
Bonus Skills:
