Job Title:
Part-Time Website Designer

We’re seeking a talented, reliable part-time website designer to create websites that reflect our marketing strategies and client goals. The ideal candidate can efficiently design a range of websites with attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills, especially with the management team and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build websites based on marketing research and client objectives.
- Complete small sites in 8-10 hours, medium e-commerce sites in 16-20 hours, and large sites in 30-50 hours.
- Supervise website development management, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their vision is fully realized.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including media, marketing, and copywriting.
- Manage projects efficiently, adhering to timelines and delivering payments in phases: start, first draft, and final completion.

Qualifications:
- Preferred: Work a few hours during Philadelphia Business Hours
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in web design.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with responsive design, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly), SEO, basic web hosting and domain management, and integrating marketing content with at least 1 year experience.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, UX design, and user-friendly layouts (e.g., color theory, typography, modern design trends).
- Exceptional communication skills for working with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
-Project management experience to oversee the entire lifecycle of website development.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, UI design, and web hosting.
- Strong team collaboration and time management abilities.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and agile project management.
