Prefab Architectural CAD Designer and Itemized Cost

I am looking for the first of many designs of Prefab Construction design that will be economical and Trendy at the same time. Looking for a Designer that can integrate Metal framing, Modular Container type structures and tranditional concrete walls to streamline and reduce the cost of residential Construction.
