Bubble.io + chat gpt + Tts + SST Chatbot

I am looking for development using bubble now and building a chatbot with TTS and STT. Its has been started but the previous developer did not deliver as per the quote. So we want to continue development. I also want to build a ai tool to make calls to customers using ai for lead generation.
