Work Hours 8 AM to 4 PM - Pacific Standard Time

Current Key Responsibilities:
1. Four websites that require regular changes, maintenance, and SEO optimization using WordPress and Elementor Pro.
2. Eight social media accounts requiring regular postings, including adding company branding to customer-provided photos and stories.
3. Three Amazon accounts needing A+ content.
4. Miscellaneous graphics, video, and design work.
5. E-mail blasts via HubSpot

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in WordPress and Elementor Pro development tools, including custom theme and plugin development.
* Strong understanding of website optimization practices, e-commerce, site speed optimization, SEO, and responsive design.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of security best practices.

Preferred Skills:
* Understanding of tools like Google Search Console and WordPress-specific SEO plugins.
* Experience in website performance tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, or similar.
* Experience with content management and version control systems.
* Strong understanding and insights into UX/UI principles.
