Management skills to coordinate and oversee freelancers.
The ability to review and adjust content as needed to maintain high standards.
Proficiency with YouTube uploading and content optimization.
Starting pay is $400 USD per month, with opportunities for growth. Additionally, there will be performance-based bonuses, allowing you to earn a percentage of the channel's success if it performs well.
