JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:
Our client is a rapidly growing business that has seen a significant increase in inbound calls, texts, and emails. To support this growth, they are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage communication channels and ensure smooth and timely responses to all inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Phone Management:
Answer incoming phone calls using a provided call forwarding system (recommended Skype) and handle outbound calls as needed. All calls must display the client’s long-standing Verizon number on the caller ID.

SMS Reply & Management:
Respond to incoming SMS messages efficiently using the recommended SMS management tools, such as Skype.


Email
Management:
Organize, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails. Ensure timely and professional communication, keeping the inbox organized.

Scripted Response Flow:
Follow a predefined question flow chart and script to handle inquiries consistently and accurately. You must have a strong understanding of the business and its mission from day one to ensure smooth client interactions.

Requirements:
Experience in Call Handling & Communication:
Previous experience in managing inbound and outbound phone calls, SMS, and emails.

Familiarity with Skype:
Ability to use Skype for calls and SMS, including managing a forwarded number to maintain the client’s original caller ID.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple communication channels.

Flexible Availability:
Flexible hours depending on the client’s needs.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to understand and convey the client’s business values in responses.

Preferred Candidates:
Male or female with strong communication skills.

Technical Note:
The client has been using a Verizon number for over 13 years. This number will be ported to Skype for use in answering and managing calls. You will use this system to ensure all incoming and outgoing calls display this number on the caller ID.
