Scripted Response Flow:
Follow a predefined question flow chart and script to handle inquiries consistently and accurately. You must have a strong understanding of the business and its mission from day one to ensure smooth client interactions.

Experience in Call Handling & Communication:
Previous experience in managing inbound and outbound phone calls, SMS, and
