Outbound Sales Specialist

Position Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Specialist at Certified Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals to achieve our sales goals. We will train you on our pest programs and how to use our customer service software. We will also provide the preliminary list of contacts.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
Effectively communicate our pest control services and benefits to customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and track progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to identify new business opportunities and improve sales processes.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in inbound & outbound sales, preferably in the pest control or related industry such as home services/consumer services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Speak and write English proficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Benefits:
Competitive salary starting at $450 per month plus a strong commission structure with the ability to make an additional $500-$2,000 per month.
