Real Estate Disposition Manager for Land

I run a land investing business. I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me sell properties . I am looking someone with experience in real estate marketing who is a good communicator. You will be expected to know or learn how to list properties for sale on various platforms. Manage the listings and marketing you created. You will also have initial phone calls or messaging with people who call in. Experience in Facebook marketing and advertising would be incredible. A large part of job will be managing facebook ads and incoming messages.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. POSTING PROPERTIES:
a. Making sure all land for sale is posted on MLS, Facebook, ---------- , our website, and other services.
b. Ensuring listings are accurate and attractive with good photographs and descriptions.

2. FACEBOOK MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT:
a. Make sure facebook advertisements are all active, live and listed correctly.
b. Respond to all facebook messages and funnel them to our website and phone number.

3. LEAD QUALIFYING
a. Manage incoming leads by phone and email.
i. Need to be able to talk and have conversations on phone, send text messages and emails.
b. Answer questions asked by potential buyers about the property.
c. Goal is to schedule showings to see the property.
d. Once showing is scheduled Blake will take over communications with that potential buyer.

4. NEIGHBOR LETTERS:
a. Send neighbor letters out to neighbors regarding property for sale.

5. EMAIL MARKETING:
a. Send marketing flyer out to email list.

6. MANAGEMENT:
a. Keeping marketing spreadsheet up to date and track of upcoming closing dates.

7. LAND LOCKED PROPERTIES:
a. Send mail to neighbors.
b. Skip trace and call neighbors.
