We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Funnel & Kartra Automation Specialist who can design stunning, high-converting funnels and master the backend of our Kartra platform. This role is for someone who thrives on delivering results quickly and maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Funnel Design & Execution: Create and launch visually appealing, high-converting funnels within 24 hours that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and attract our target audience.
• Kartra Platform Management: Master the existing setup of our Kartra platform, including tagging lists, segmentations, and automations. Maintain and optimize current systems to ensure efficiency.
• Backend Systems & Automations: Build and refine complex automations to enhance client journeys, increase conversions, and provide a seamless customer experience.
• Pixel & Tracking Management: Add and manage tracking pixels across the website and funnels to ensure accurate data collection and optimized marketing strategies.
• Aesthetic Consistency: Ensure all funnel designs, landing pages, and associated assets align with Speak Your Way To Cash®’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Ongoing Maintenance & Updates: Regularly update and maintain the Kartra platform to ensure flawless operation and integration with our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing visually stunning and high-converting funnels with a quick turnaround (within 24 hours).
• Mastery of Kartra or similar all-in-one marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of list segmentation, tagging, and automation workflows.
• Expertise in pixel integration and website tracking.
• Strong design skills with attention to detail to ensure all funnels are aesthetically aligned with our brand.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design tools to complement funnel creation.
• Knowledge of other marketing automation platforms and integrations.
• A background in digital marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics.
