Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping our business grow by assisting with web design editing and supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure our online presence is optimized and aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and maintain our company website (WordPress, Shopify, or other platforms)
- Assist with landing page creation and design optimization
- Update content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure website functionality
- Support social media management across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Help with email marketing, including list management and campaign setup
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics for website and marketing campaigns
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including scheduling posts and answering queries

Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design and content management (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) is a bonus
- Graphic design skills are a plus
