To serve as a full-time online Shopify store coordinator for a UK Based Retail Company . This employee will play a vital role in performing and maintaining daily core tasks with regards to customer support, accounting, and administrative tasks.

Selected candidates will carry out a two - week trial period to determine if candidate is sufficient to meet job expectations.

Selected employee will receive a 3-month contract with monthly reviews and receive future considerations for a manager role promotion and higher pay to help grow our business.

Customer Service

• Managing customer and vendor email inquiries in regards to purchases, shipping, and issues
• Responding to all customers in a polite and professional manner

Content Maintenance
• Experience with using Facebook and Instagram
• Sourcing and posting relatable content
• Responding and moderating fan activities and comments

Research
• Sourcing potential trends in a variety of niches
• Digitally savvy in discovering new apps, programs
• Able to think of opportunities to grow our business

Accounting & Data Entry
• Proficient in excel and simple math calculations
Strict attention to detail in fulfilling and tracking customer orders

KEY SKILLS:
• Excellent customer service skills and email management
• Experience with Shopify dropshipping and order process
• Experience using Gmail

The successful candidate should ideally be creative and self motivated as well as being a problem solver. Someone who can also contribute ideas to improve work flow.
