We are looking for an experienced project manager who can streamline our processes, improve efficiency, and ensure our projects are delivered on time and within the budget.


Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned project manager with a strong understanding of how website design agencies operate. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project timelines, liaise with customers/clients, manage team workflows, and implement new processes to ensure projects are running efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects adhere to customer expectations and company goals, delivering high-quality results while staying on budget.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage web design and development projects from initiation to completion
Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee task assignment and monitor progress using Click Up.
Implement and maintain processes that improve project management workflows.
Ensure all projects run to budget and meet their deadlines.
Manage a remote team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Track time for yourself and the team using TMetric to ensure accountability and transparency.
Provide project updates to senior management and recommend process improvements as necessary.


Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in project management, specifically within website design or development agencies.
Strong understanding of how web design agencies work and the unique challenges of managing digital projects.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to liaise effectively with our customers and tea ---------- mbers.
Experience with Click Up (or other project management tools) for task tracking and managing workflows.
Experience with time tracking software for monitoring team productivity and project timelines.
Ability to implement new processes and improve existing workflows to enhance project efficiency
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Shift Schedule is between 9AM to 5PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) or British Summer Time (BST) from Monday to Friday. Fixed Weekend Off.
Fixed Monthly Salary of 90,000PHP with clear expectations and goals.
