Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Window and Door Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately converting site surveys to place product orders with manufacturers to suit our customers requirements, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery. You will need to have strong IT skills, be quick to learn new processes, and demonstrate high levels of accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process site surveys to create manufacturer orders for windows and doors
Ensure all orders are correctly inputted into the company’s system
Collaborate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Communicate with suppliers and customers to confirm specifications and delivery timelines
Manage documentation and paperwork associated with orders
Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues
Keep up-to-date with product offerings and system details

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Be self motivated but also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in an order processing or similar administrative role (preferred but not essential)
