Full Time Hours 8am - 5pm / 9:30am - 7:30pm split shift - Australia Time | 100% Working From Home
Salary Negotiable on skill level.

We are seeking a motivated senior recruitment consultant who has exceptional English verbal / written communication skills and has previous experience working in the Accounting industry (Ideally within Australian Market) - You will be responsible for a range of candidate interaction tasks within a fast paced recruitment company based in Brisbane, Australia.

The position will be working closely with the directors of the company and supporting the wider team to qualify candidates for accounting positions across Australia, the role will involve administration and telephone skills.

The Successful Person Will:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior recruitment professional within the accounting industry.
- Ability to work autonomously, this role will be 100% work from home.
- Be experienced to work to KPI's within the business.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) with experience across data entry, email management and information gathering from the internet.
- High skill level across Boolean searches
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Atleast 4 years experience within a similar position.
- Be self motivated and deliver excellent results on a daily basis.

For this role you will need your own computer, internet connection, headset for calls and VPN. We are unable to provide the hardware. All software system access will be provided to complete the tasks.
