Job Description for BIM Modeler (ELV)

· Support BIM Lead in day-to-day modelling task.

· Strong knowledge in LOD requirements.

· Manage and Create 3D models of ELV elements using Revit.

· Good in Scheduling with the required parameters.

· Good knowledge in Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

· Review each drawing according to company standard.

· Able to understand BIM Process.

· Skilled with accuracy in modelling.

· Have a consultancy background and have at least 5 years’ experience in modelling.

· Develop families and update standard libraries.

· Knowledge in DiRoots and Dynamo is a plus.

· Able to communicate well and proficient in English.
