JOB DETAILS:

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Operations Manager (TECHNICAL)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 5pm - 1am Manila Timezone. Monday to Friday
Type: Full Time
Salary: $4 - 6 USD per hour (depending on relevant experience & previous workplace performance). Paid on the 1st and 16th of each month for a total of 80 hours each pay period.
Hours: 40 Hours per week / 8 hours per day with a lunch break of course

Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager (TECHNICAL) at Cyberaktive, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, streamlining our processes to deliver more output. You will communicate with clients to ensure timely delivery of a high standard of service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Cold email, Linkedin, Twitter, etc campaign building and management. Data analysis. Campaign Optimization. Report Building

Data Management & Data Scraping from Websites: Extracting, cleaning, and organizing data to ensure accuracy and relevance in our campaigns.

Client management and service delivery

Heavy use of B2B software - a combination of performing tasks according to existing SOPs and figuring out how to use software to achieve a stated objective or result.

Technical Setup: Configuring email accounts, managing DNS records, and overseeing technical aspects of marketing and sales operations.

Proactive /. Save your Manager time: Can you proactively think of ways to save your manager time and take work away from them?

Workflow Optimization & Task Automation: Leveraging tools like Zapier and ChatGPT to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Autonomous Problem Solving: Taking initiative in identifying and solving challenges independently, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. Do you figure things out without always relying on your manager?

Contact List Building: You will have business acumen and attention to detail to build high-quality lead lists using B2B databases.

Contact List Cleaning & Campaign Building: You will download contact data, clean and verify it, apply personalization copywriting, and build campaigns inside of email sending tools and LinkedIn automation tools.

CRM Management: you will manage aspects of our CRM and build automation to connect it to your project management tool, LinkedIn automation and email software.


Job Requirements:

Digital Marketing experience. Ideally outbound marketing experience. List Building, campaign setup, campaign analysis, and improvement. data analysis and reporting building. Customer persona research.

B2B Software Expertise: Demonstrated experience in using several B2B software/tools in a real work environment.

Workflow Automation: Proficiency in workflow automation tools, with a particular emphasis on Zapier or similar platforms.

APIs, Webhooks & Native Integrations - if you're competent working with these this is a bonus.

ChatGPT Proficiency: Experience with ChatGPT for market research and workflow optimization is highly desirable.

Workflow and Process Optimisation - you will be able to explain processes you have improved so they are done with less effort or done more effectively.

Spreadsheet experience: Proficiency using formulas in Google Sheets is a bonus

Independent Thinker: Ability to think critically, solve problems proactively, and contribute ideas to enhance overall operational excellence.

Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and the flawless execution of technical tasks.

Self-motivated: A self-starter who thrives in an environment where autonomy and initiative are valued.
