About Us:
Clarke & Wright is a re well-established law firm based in the UK, dedicated to providing top-notch Will and Estate Planning services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Services and Case Handler from the Philippines to contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Email
Manage and organise calendars and schedule meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, legal documents, and other documents.
Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems.
Client Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Handle client enquiries via
Assist in client onboarding processes, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Customer Services and Case Handler or relevant role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional spoken English with a very clear accent.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (London, UK time), Monday to Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
