Invoicing, Procurement, Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Remote

Overlapping at least 3 hours per day with US business hours 0800 CDT to 1700 CDT



Job responsibilities

Place, manage, coordinate & communicate orders for customer equipment

Accurate & timely invoicing

Follow-up on accounts receivable

Sales & use tax compliance

Cloud software license resale revenue

Calculate profitability for product resale and notify of any non-profitable items or items below target profit Magin

Run payroll & pay bills - ensuring accuracy, compliance with contracts, and detecting fraud & errors

Manage state registrations & compliance and unemployment

Assist with employee payroll and benefits questions



Requirements for ideal candidates

Proven track record of reliability and trustworthiness in a critical finance function

Excellent mastery of English both written & verbal

Excellent team communication & collaboration

Proven track record of documenting processes and consistently following processes

Over-the-top attention to detail and accuracy with data entry

Learn quickly

Work efficiently

Identify ways to increase productivity and efficiency

Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel

Typing skills 60+ WPM
