JOB OVERVIEW
Life’s A Pitch is looking for an enthusiastic Community Builder with a positive attitude to join our high-performing and growing team. To apply for this role, you must provide examples of your work that relate to SAAS/tech-based copywriting. Examples can include social media posts, case studies, articles, blogs, pitch decks, etc.
As a Community Builder, you will be responsible for ghostwriting on behalf of the Directors of Life’s A Pitch. This takes place on LinkedIn and includes responding to direct messages, providing comments on posts, welcoming new connections and nurturing leads.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate impactful writing skills, constructing strong and compelling narratives. Additionally, strong proofreading skills are essential to ensure the quality and accuracy of all written material.

At Life’s A Pitch, we partner with early-stage B2B emerging tech business to help them secure investment and customers through high-impact content strategies. Our core offering covers Sales, Marketing and Finance materials. Our company is one of the fastest growing consultancies in Australia and has executed over 140+ projects since inception in 2021.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for a Community Builder with the primary responsibility to support the two Director manage their LinkedIn profiles, including:
• Engage with Relevant Content: Actively comment on posts from industry influencers, target accounts, and prospects to drive conversations and increase visibility.
• Respond to Direct Messages (DMs): Monitor and reply to incoming DMs in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner, ensuring engagement is meaningful and fosters relationships.
• Manage Connection Requests: Review, accept, and manage connection requests, aligning with the network growth strategy to build a valuable and targeted audience.
• Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Identify and nurture potential leads by proactively engaging with their content, sending thoughtful messages, and maintaining ongoing touchpoints to support business development efforts.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Fixed Price Contract: US$1000 / month (paid fortnightly);
- Full Time Role – 8 Hours a day/6 days per week;
- Time zone – PHT;
- Working Hours - Flexible work hours but preference is from 9am to 6pm AEDT; and
- Contract period - Monthly rolling retainer basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written as well as verbal.
- An ability to write a strong narrative in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma and Google Slides.
- Ability to prioritize between multiple different tasks and work independently as well as with a team.
- Creative and critical thinking and writing.
- A strong commitment to and culture of learning and professional development.
- Attention to detail and disciplined time management.
