About the Role:
Are you a skilled course creator with a passion for simplifying complex processes into easy-to-follow instructions? I am looking for a Course Creator who can help develop a comprehensive, step-by-step guide for change management. This role involves creating clear, actionable content, quizzes, and assessments, which will be used as part of a toolkit in my business.
You will be responsible for transforming a variety of materials (spreadsheets, documents, presentations, PDFs, and videos) into a cohesive, well-structured learning experience that helps professionals understand and implement change management processes with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
• Course Development: Create a structured course or guide that outlines change management processes step by step, using content provided in various formats (documents, videos, presentations, etc.).
• Quizzes & Assessments: Develop quizzes, assessments, and practical exercises to reinforce learning and test the understanding of users.
• Content Organisation: Organise and synthesise complex information into easy-to-understand modules and instructions.
• Step-by-Step Instructions: Develop detailed, practical instructions that users can follow to implement change management strategies.
• Resource Creation: Design supporting materials such as checklists, templates, and summaries to reinforce learning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Create professional documents using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDFs as part of the toolkit.
• Quality Assurance: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices in change management.
• Feedback Integration: Work closely with me to incorporate feedback and ensure the course content aligns with the broader business strategy and user needs.

Required Technical Skills:
1. Course Design: Experience in course creation, instructional design, or similar roles, particularly for business or professional audiences.
2. Quizzes & Assessments: Ability to create quizzes, assessments, and practical exercises to test user knowledge and reinforce learning.
3. Content Creation: Strong ability to create instructional content from a wide range of materials (e.g., documents, presentations, videos).
4. Writing Skills: Exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity and simplicity.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDFs to create documents and resources.
6. Process Documentation: Experience in documenting processes and creating step-by-step guides.
7. Graphic Design (Bonus): Basic skills in Canva or other design tools to create visually appealing instructional materials.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
1. Course Structure: Complete the course outline and content structure within 1 month.
2. Step-by-Step Content: Develop detailed, easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions for all sections within 3 months.
3. Supporting Resources: Create at least 5 supplemental resources (checklists, templates, etc.) for the course within 2 months.
4. Quizzes & Assessments: Develop quizzes and assessments for each course section within 2 months.
5. Feedback Integration: Revise content based on feedback within agreed timeframes to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Completion & Launch: Course content ready for final review and implementation within 4 months.
Assignment:
