JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m Ann, and we run an online coaching company.

We’re currently looking for a Social Media Assistant to focus on Facebook Lead Generation. The role involves generating leads, engaging with prospects, handling customer queries, conducting follow-ups, and assisting with ad hoc tasks when necessary. Starting pay: $3/hr (negotiable)

You should be familiar with Facebook functions, including:
- Adding friends
- Chatting via Messenger
- Managing Facebook Groups as a moderator

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in social media posting
- Sociable and enjoys interacting with people
- Familiar with social media culture, including commenting
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Persistent and self-motivated
- Strong in both written and spoken English (good grammar is essential)
- Resourceful and a natural problem solver
- Eager to learn and has a growth mindset
- Proactive, takes initiative, and is responsible
- Open-minded and values clear communication
- Flexible and willing to assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Ready to start immediately
- Available to work 1 hour per day to start, with a maximum of 3 hours/day (Singapore mornings or nights)
- Has a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20mbps

Note:
In addition to your primary responsibilities, there may be opportunities where you will be called upon to support other tasks and projects within the company. This could include various duties that arise, depending on the company’s needs, providing you with a chance to contribute to different areas and further develop your skills.
